What to Wear: Nice Jeans and the LTC T-shirt provided to you Friday night. Absolutely no shorts!!! LTC convention even prohibits shorts for parents or anywhere on the convention premises.
Bible Quiz participants will need to be at the Convention Center at 6:30 pm to get name badges from Sean and be ready to compete from 7:00 to 9:45 on Friday. Your child needs to have had dinner as it is a long night with five minute breaks between rounds.
Meals: You need to have eaten dinner before arriving at the convention center at 6:30pm, Friday. Van riders see below. Breakfast provided at the hotel. Most of the students will be done performing by 11:-12:30. Only Koby Wade will be giving a sermon around 2:30, so we have elected to go out to lunch somewhere local and eat together as a group. Since lunch will most likely be at 1:00, you are encouraged to bring snacks to share. We have found Mellow Mushroom, they are located a few blocks away from the convention center and have a private covered patio at 5204 Village Parkway Suite 1, Rogers, Ark 72758 479-464-8008. They offer specialty pizzas and hamburgers. The church fund will be supplementing the cost of lunch, so we should be able to keep price down. Please plan on about $5.00 per person. Please let Sean, Misti or Robert know if you are “IN” for lunch, so we can plan ahead. We strongly encourage you to join together to celebrate our kids accomplishments.
Sean will leave that morning and check in to our hotel in the afternoon and pick up our keys. He will be carrying most of the props and all display events. When you arrive at the convention center he will give you hotel key, participants name tags and tshirts.

Rogers Arkansas is 118 miles from Tulsa. Taking 412 should take about 2 hours. The light at Fayetteville to get on highway toward Rogers is always a bottleneck; also keep in mind that rush hour in Rogers is 5:00. The convention center and our hotel are in an area like 71st and memorial. There are tons or shopping and restaurants so the traffic lights take awhile to move one mile from our hotel to the convention center.
Van Riders: Robert will be driving the church van. There are 14-15 seats: This van will leave at 3:30 pm. Make arrangements with Robert if you have not done so. Please bring money for dinner, the plan is to get to Rogers, AR by 5:30-5:45 meet together in an area that offers several fast food dining options.
