2’s & 3’s Bible Hour. . .
… is offered during worship in room 102. Children are dismissed during the song before the sermon. Your toddler is welcome to sit in the child size pews to begin children’s worship songs, then they move into a traditional Bible class setting. Each week they begin with a hands on repetitive introduction followed by one of our 52 Bible lessons designed for this age. They will complete a craft that goes with the story. The remaining time is allowed for playtime.
4’s & 5’s Bible Hour. . .
… is offered during worship in room 103. Children are dismissed during song before the sermon. Your Preschooler is welcome to sit in the child size pews to begin children’s worship songs. Their worship is followed by a skit from our puppets Scout and Scamper. After the skit one of the 52 Bible lessons will be told from the use of a story book, children’s Bible or Bible video. Your child then transitions to a table to work on a craft or coloring sheet that supports the story. During the remaining time, we allow the children to create with playdough or play with puzzles.
Children’s Sermon Notes:
We offer Children’s Sermon Notes in Welcome Books at the left side of the pew. This form is designed to help keep children ages 7-12 engaged in the Worship Service. It gives them a place to write down what they are experiencing and to keep them focused on the worship elements.
2nd -5th Grade Bible Basics:
…is offered during worship in room 128 and only on 1st and 2nd Sundays of every month. Students will be dismissed prior to sermon. Students will read a Bible lesson and review focus on bible knowledge skills as time allows. They will also explore worship elements to put in practice the other Sundays they participate in the full worship service.
